Order On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board to explain its statement which implies that the plaintiff did not prove by a preponderance of the evidence that his wife was dependent on him for support. The only evidence of record is that the plaintiff's wife has never worked outside of the home during their marriage and that she was dependent on the plaintiff for support. We retain jurisdiction.
